A Solid Foundation
With over 26 years of experience, we are proud to be one of Albania’s most established and innovative companies in the construction and machinery industry. Our journey began with a focus on traditional screed floor applications, where we quickly earned a reputation for precision, reliability, and quality workmanship. As the industry evolved, so did we. We became the first company in Albania to introduce foam concrete (penobeton) application technology, offering lightweight, efficient, and modern solutions for flooring and insulation. We are also proud to be the first company in the Balkans to operate a screed floor robot—a state-of-the-art machine that levels concrete with exceptional speed and precision, delivering results that match or exceed manual craftsmanship. Building on this foundation, we expanded into waterproofing and thermo insulation services, helping clients protect their structures with advanced waterproofing and energy-saving systems. To meet the growing demand for reliable equipment, we launched our machinery service and spare parts division, providing full support and maintenance for foam concrete machines.
This naturally led us to begin manufacturing our own EJ-S23 Penobeton Pump™ System—a fully automatic, 3-phase machine designed and built in-house for high performance, durability, and ease of use. To complete the system, we developed OET 30™, our proprietary foam additive. Engineered with one of the most advanced formulas in Europe, it produces a smooth, compact, and lightweight concrete finish when combined with cement and water.
In addition to our core construction and manufacturing services, we offer used machinery for sale and equipment rental options, giving our clients flexible and cost-effective access to high-quality machines. We also provide nationwide machinery transportation, including crane truck delivery, ensuring your equipment is delivered safely and efficiently to any job site across Albania. Our capabilities further extend to precision metalworking services, including lathing, milling, welding, and sandblasting, supporting both industrial needs and custom fabrication projects.

We had the pleasure of visiting Metropolitan Expo Athens 2024, an international hub where innovation and tradition converged. The exhibition showcased cutting-edge advancements in construction technology, sustainable practices, and industrial design, offering us valuable insights into the evolving landscape of our sector. Walking through the halls, we engaged with pioneering machinery, smart materials, and forward-thinking solutions that resonated deeply with our company’s vision of blending elemental strength with modern efficiency. Beyond the technical displays, the atmosphere itself was inspiring—an environment that encouraged dialogue, collaboration, and bold ideas. We’re proud to be the first in our sector to introduce robotic technology for traditional floor screed applications, setting a new benchmark in precision and performance. This breakthrough system is capable of covering 600 to 800 m² per day, requiring only three operators to achieve results that once demanded far greater manpower. With automatic leveling technology and an intuitive, user-friendly interface, the robot ensures flawless consistency while reducing physical strain and optimizing efficiency. Beyond its technical capabilities, this innovation embodies our commitment to progress—combining the strength of tradition with the intelligence of modern engineering.
